My name is Simon Ayalew and I am your friendly neighborhood burger connoisseur. I had my first burger at In-N-Out at the age of thirteen, and since then it has been a match made in heaven. I am starting this blog because I enjoy exploring places through burgers. I want to write about my burger eating journey as I pursue to find the best burger in the country.
